Polly's first job in sound was at the legendary Flint Webster Studios, and over the years she has earned an enviable reputation for sharp production and sensitive, perceptive casting.

Holli has worked at ad agencies in Melbourne, LA, and the UK. While in London, she produced at the legendary Jungle Studios before returning to Melbourne to work at Risk, GAS and Bang Bang.

Sam has been crafting award-winning sound for over 20 years. He spent five years at Flint Webster, six at GAS, and then nearly two in Shanghai, working on TVCs, computer games and music. Back in Melbourne, he was at The Soundlounge for over ten years.

Tristan is an inventive sound designer and a versatile composer. He is comfortable with all musical genres and scoring to picture, whether for commercials or longform.

Justin is an accomplished audio post engineer and sound designer based in Melbourne, with fifteen years’ experience working across all facets of sound production primarily with Front of House and with a previous tenure working in Singapore on long-form projects for Channel NewsAsia.

Born and raised in Melbourne, Neve brings a vibrant energy and creative flair to every project she undertakes. With a diverse background in arts, film, and photography, she is deeply passionate about all aspects of production.

After studying music production at both SAE and Box Hill Institute, Max joins us as our assistant engineer. When not in the Douglas Street studios, he can be found creating music and performing live at local Melbourne venues.
